Come join us for an Art Journaling event! Local artist Katherine Simdon will be present to provide direction and answer questions. Fellow downtown business Hello Art Hatchery will have some extra supplies on hand, and we encourage you to bring your own ideas and materials to journal in community and dessert!

Silent Book Club is sponsored by fellow downtown business Ink Cap Books! It’s a two-parter that includes reading time, and then the opportunity to either keep reading while enjoying the community of shared space, or meet up in small groups to discuss. Dairyland will be open with the full menu during the event to help round out the experience.

This is a special event encouraging anyone to bring a banned book and read it in solidarity with others in the community and in protest of book bans. It’s part of the NCAC’s Banned Books Week.

Sydne from Ink Cap will have some books available and will be present with some remarks to kick off the event.

Admit one to our tasty celebration of Halloween! This event will be held in the cafe on October 26th, from 1:00 to 4:00pm. Your ticket entitles you to one drink of your choice and supplies to craft a potion of your own, led by Amanda from Pint Sized Parties. Desserts and savory tarts will additionally be available for purchase.
